Vendikos is an independent advertising and classifieds platform operated by Jobfliks Ltd. Vendikos is not the buyer, seller, owner, supplier, employer or contracting party in transactions between users. Vendikos supplies advertising space and contact tools. Agreements for advertised goods, property, jobs, services and travel are made directly between the users concerned.
Information processed
The site uses Wix Members for accounts. Marketplace services use the authenticated account identifier and process profile and business details, drafts and advertisement revisions, uploaded photos and advertisement videos, optional PDF CV attachments, saved advertisements, messages, job applications, moderation records, notifications, request identifiers and operational security information.
Purposes and legal bases
Account, advertisement, messaging, saved-advertisement and application data is processed to provide requested services and manage those relationships. Security, fraud prevention, moderation and reliability processing supports legitimate interests in operating and protecting the platform, subject to applicable rights. Data may also be processed to meet legal obligations. Optional device preferences require your choice; optional marketing must have the basis required by law.
Who can see information
Visitors see current approved advertisements and any public seller-profile details you choose to publish. Public browsing does not return drafts or hidden revisions. Messages are returned to their conversation participants. Applications and an optional CV are shared only with the employer you apply to; withdrawal hides the application body and blocks new CV downloads. Providers and international processing
Wix supplies hosting, accounts, CMS and media services. Data may be processed by Wix and its providers under the applicable service arrangements and safeguards. Advertisers and employers receiving information are responsible for their subsequent use. Hiding or withdrawing content cannot delete copies already obtained by another user.
Machine translation
Public advertisement titles and descriptions may be translated through Wix Multilingual and its external translation provider when a visitor selects another supported language. Private messages are translated only when a conversation participant chooses Translate or opts in for displayed messages. Original text remains available. Translations are cached in restricted platform storage and may contain errors; check the original before relying on prices, obligations or other details. Translation availability depends on supported languages, provider availability and usage limits. No translation credits are purchased automatically.
Retention and removal
Data is retained for requested services and, where needed, security investigations, moderation appeals, legal claims and legal retention obligations. Removing an advertisement hides it publicly; revision history may remain. Resetting a marketplace profile is not account deletion. Final retention schedules and provider-transfer arrangements must be confirmed before full launch.
Your rights
Contact info@vendikos.com to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, or to withdraw consent. Proportionate identity checks may be needed. You may complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission or your competent authority. Optional public profile information is your choice.
