Vendikos is an independent advertising and classifieds platform operated by Jobfliks Ltd. Vendikos is not the buyer, seller, owner, supplier, employer or contracting party in transactions between users. Vendikos supplies advertising space and contact tools. Agreements for advertised goods, property, jobs, services and travel are made directly between the users concerned.
Our advertising role
Vendikos is an independent advertising and classifieds platform operated by Jobfliks Ltd. Vendikos is not the buyer, seller, owner, supplier, employer or contracting party in transactions between users. Vendikos supplies advertising space and contact tools. Agreements for advertised goods, property, jobs, services and travel are made directly between the users concerned.
Direct agreements between users
Advertisers are responsible for their content, authority to advertise, accuracy, safety, licences and legal obligations. The parties arrange payment, collection, delivery, bookings, performance, cancellations, returns, refunds, warranties, taxes and disputes directly. Vendikos does not collect or hold payment for advertised goods or services and does not provide escrow or a buyer-protection guarantee.
Accounts and content
Keep your account secure. Publish accurate, lawful content and photographs you have the right to use. Do not impersonate people, conceal business trading or mislead users. Drafts remain private until submitted for review. Approval permits display; it is not an endorsement, identity guarantee or guarantee of performance.
Category responsibilities
Product and vehicle advertisers must comply with ownership and safety requirements. Property advertisers are responsible for lawful letting and sale terms. Employers are responsible for lawful recruitment and hiring decisions. Service and travel advertisers are responsible for qualifications, licences, provider terms and applicable customer protections. Vendikos does not employ applicants or contract to provide accommodation or travel.
Private sellers and businesses
The advertiser classification appears on the advertisement. Business advertising requires business-profile review. Buying from a private individual does not carry the same consumer-law protections as buying from a trader. A business must not pretend to be a private seller. Business approval does not certify product quality, identity or solvency.
Search and advertising
Current approved advertisements matching supported filters appear newest first. Design examples are labelled and are not offers. Promotion checkout is unavailable. Any future paid placement must be labelled; paying for advertising does not make Vendikos a party to an advertised transaction.
Advertising fees are separate
Any fee paid to Jobfliks Ltd for advertising buys the stated advertising service only. It is separate from the price, deposit or other payment arranged with an advertiser. Vendikos does not take buyer-to-seller payments through Wix checkout. A future advertising order must show its price, duration, placement, applicable taxes and cancellation terms before payment.
Reports and appeals
Contact info@vendikos.com with the listing identifier, exact content or location, reasons and relevant evidence to report content or appeal a moderation decision. We may restrict content that breaches these rules or applicable law. A platform report does not decide a private contractual dispute.
Responsibility and legal limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vendikos is not responsible for third-party advertisements, the quality, existence, legality or delivery of advertised goods or services, users’ conduct, or losses arising from transactions between users. Nothing excludes or limits liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes obligations applying to Vendikos’s own platform and advertising services.
